Terms of Service ​

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NiceFRP service (the "Service"), operated by the NiceFRP team (the "Operator").

1. Acceptance ​

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service ​

NiceFRP provides managed reverse-proxy tunnels ("Tunnels") that expose your local network services to the internet. We provide the platform, client configuration, and node infrastructure; you remain responsible for the software and services you expose.

3. Accounts and Eligibility ​

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You may not share access credentials that allow others to consume your quota or expose your Tunnels.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Paid Plans and Refunds ​

Paid plans, trial entitlements, and traffic allowances are described on the pricing pages. Billing is handled through our payment providers. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use ​

You must use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and the policies of the networks and providers we rely on.

6. Termination ​

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, abuse, or where required by law, with or without notice where permitted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties ​

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability ​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes ​

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
