This Privacy Policy explains what data NiceFRP (the "Operator") processes when you use the Service, and how we protect it.

1. Data We Collect ​

• Account data: email address, password hash, and authentication records needed to operate your account.
• Billing data: subscription and payment records processed through our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: tunnel metadata, traffic volume aggregated in windows, and operational telemetry needed for metering, abuse prevention, and capacity planning.
• Support data: messages and files you send when contacting support.

2. How We Use Data ​

We use your data to provide and secure the Service, meter usage against your plan, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing ​

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• service providers (hosting, email, payment processing, analytics) that process data on our behalf under contract;
• law enforcement or regulators when required by law, or when needed to protect rights and safety.

4. Tunnel Traffic ​

Traffic flowing through Tunnels is transmitted to the destination you configure. We do not inspect payload content for marketing purposes, but aggregate traffic volume is metered for billing and capacity purposes.

5. Retention ​

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account exists and as required by law. Usage evidence may be retained to resolve billing disputes and integrity incidents.

6. Security ​

We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, session protection, and access controls. No method of transmission is completely secure.

7. Your Rights ​

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
