Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Before using NiceFRP, please read this policy carefully. Creating an account or continuing to use the Service means you accept this policy and any later updates, and that you are responsible for violations.
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines prohibited uses. Violations may result in tunnel suspension, account restriction or termination, and—where required or permitted by law—reports to competent authorities.
1. Prohibited tunneling and content
You must not use NiceFRP to tunnel or forward unlawful content or services. We may immediately stop affected tunnels, ban the account, and cooperate with investigations when appropriate.
Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
- unauthorized cross-border network access (“circumvention” / similar uses), and cross-border VPN, outbound proxy, or equivalent forwarding services;
- malware, trojans, unauthorized remote-control (“botnet”) infrastructure;
- hosting or distributing pornography;
- content that is politically sensitive or otherwise not lawful to publish;
- cybercrime / underground-economy activity, or clear violations of law or public order;
- open-proxy resale, phishing, credential theft, or fraud infrastructure;
- unauthorized scanning or intrusion, spam / abuse of third-party services, or regulated activities (e.g. gambling or financial services) without required licenses.
2. Personal storage and media
If you expose NAS, Emby / personal media libraries, or other personal storage through NiceFRP, you must ensure they do not contain unlawful material, including pornography, sexually suggestive evasion content, or fraud-related content. You are solely responsible for software and content exposed via your tunnels.
3. Resource abuse
You may not use Tunnels to attack the platform, evade quotas or access controls, interfere with other customers, or consume resources unreasonably beyond your plan limits.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, restrict or suspend Tunnels, revoke credentials, and preserve evidence. For confirmed serious abuse we may act immediately and, where required or permitted, report to law-enforcement or other authorities.
Report suspected violations to abuse@nicefrp.com.
5. Reporting
Third parties may report abuse by emailing abuse@nicefrp.com. We respond to valid reports and may take action without prior notice when required.
